From the Publisher After more than two decades under the
rule of a clerical dictatorship, Iran is mired in
backwardness, poverty, corruption, obscurantism, rigidity,
radicalism, and incivility. Yet there is hope for the future.
In Winds of Change, Reza Pahlavi, the son of the late shah
of Iran, outlines his vision for a democratic Iran. Forced to
live in exile since the establishment of the clerical regime in
1979, he has been a leading advocate of freedom, democracy,
and human rights for Iranians.

As he says in Winds of Change, "I write as a passionate
citizen with a deep sense of duty. Along with many of my
dedicated and committed compatriots, I look at our
national predicament and strive to find solutions." Phalavi's
prescription for the salvation of his homeland is simple:
popular sovereignty and self-determination.

Iran is a politically diverse society, with leftists and
rightists, monarchists and republicans, conservatives,
centrists, and liberals. Yet all can agree on the basic agenda
he puts forward for his countrymen: To promote a national
consensus on key issues such as the need for democracy,
secularism, human rights, and popular sovereignty. To
adopt a robust yet nonviolent political strategy for bringing
about political change. To set the stage for an all-inclusive
national referendum that will enable the people of Iran to
determine the type of democratic government they wish for
their homeland.

The real struggle in Iran today pits the forces of state
despotism and terrorism against an em erging popular
movement that demands democracy, rejects militant
fundamentalism, and repudiates "supreme rule." But Iran
can ill afford yet another bloody upheaval. As Pahlavi
shows, he is committed to bringing about political change in
Iran by way of a campaign based on organized civil
disobedience and nonviolent action.

A democratic Iran will guarantee a popularly elected
system of government with checks and balances and a clear
delineation of power. This will ensure a vibrant civil society
wherein people of different ethnicities, religions,
socioeconomic groups, and political persuasions will coexist
peacefully while rebuilding their homeland. Iranians are a
gifted people with a great civilization. It is time to give
them the political system they deserve.

Hassan Danesh (lvbl_daddy@yahoo.com), a retired
professor, November 6, 2002,

You can't step inside the same river twice

The majesty has written an awesome book despite the
constraining conditions over his life due to the last 25 years
of turmoil in Iran after Ayatollah's self-centric
displacement of imperial divinity. Being the HEIR to the
imperial throne, his majesty skillfully establishes a dynamic
cybernatic feed back between civility and nativity in ways
that any living being can seek justice regardless of one's
current social status in society.

The model proposed here is a workable one in that it
connects all the levels of social organization along with the
actors to the grinding machinary of justice, equity, and
prowesness in which nothing go into the waste in the
recycling of power, prestige and wealth in society.

The winds of change is a remarkable book charting the way
in the milky way of social organization of honor and
economicity that what is earned in society must be
preserved through resilience and hard work and faith or
else it will be passed down to a more qualified social actor
in order to protect the best interest of society at large over
long period of time that nothing, that is nothing at all can
compromise its integrity and its well being of the totality
that each social actor in the chain is only a contributing
part.

In this book his imperial majesty truly breathes fresh air
into the ancient iranian society that the great spirit of
cyrus the great can come back to life once again not in the
field of dream but in the green pasture of actuality.

Excellent Road Map to Popular Iranian Sovereignty

The majority of the political groups who came forward to
contest the leadership of the Islamic Republic were the same
people who had their hands in creating the mass hysteria
which led to the current Mullah Republic. As a result, not
many people found these groups or personalities credible
enough to be followed.

Many Iranians rally around Reza Pahlavi as an Iranian
Shahanshah because traditionally he symbolizes Iranian
national culture and Iranians have rallied behind their
kings after each and every national defeat. For such
Iranians, Reza Pahlavi in exile represents their national
culture being dislocated by lies, deceit, betrayal and
malevolent intention of those Iranians greedy for power
and those foreigners greedy for the natural resources of our
country.

This book redirects the reader from such t hought to think
about what the author believes to be a more important
issue, namely the step by step process for the average
Iranian to achieve a Secular Democracy, as opposed who
has the social credibility to be the leader. It is for those who
believe that the majority of Iranians are honest, decent and
kind. That they are simple people who were cheated. Their
anxiety's with regards to modernization were misled into a
mass hysteria. They expressed regret about what happened.
They are being pressurized through terror and they should
have a way out.

Behshad H. (behshadh@hotmail.com), a strong believer in

Reza Pahlavi: The Man with A Vision

This book represents the true vision for establishing lasting
democracy in Iran. Reza Pahlavi, the rightful heir to the
Persian throne, is the voice of an imprisoned nation.

He offers the only viable alternative to theocratic regime
with his bright outlook for Democracy, Peace and Order,
and Social Justice. As an Iranian expatriot, I hope to see the
dawn of a new day in Iranian politics with Reza Pahlavi
leading his nation from the ashes of tyranny into a bright
future. On that day, I will join Iranians in a voice to say
'Long Live The Shah. Long Live Reza Shah II'

Hydrogen Is 'Road Forward', Says EU President Prodi

Source: CORDIS News Service
[Jan 21, 2004]

Aim of initiative is to develop a strategy to turn the EU
from a fossil fuel-based to a hydrogen-based economy

A new 'European hydrogen and fuel cell technology
platform', sponsored by European Commission President
Romano Prodi, Vice-President and Energy and Transport
Commissioner Loyola de Palacio, and Research
Commissioner Philippe Busquin, had its first meeting in
Brussels on 20 and 21 January.

The aim of the platform is to develop a strategy to turn the
EU from a fossil fuel-based to a hydrogen-based economy. Its
creation followed an EU expert group report which drew
attention to the fact that the EU needs to increase its
presently limited home-grown energy resources in order to
deal with an ever increasing demand. Hydrogen and fuel
cell technologies could play a major part in future
s ustainable energy systems, helping improve Europe's
energy security and air quality, and combating climate
change.

Supplementing this new platform, and in the framework of
the 'European Growth Initiative', a hydrogen and fuel cell
scheme was included in the 'Quickstart' list of transport and
research projects, outlined by Mr Prodi towards the end of
2003.

'At the current pace, Europe's oil import dependency is set
to grow from around 50 per cent today to 70 per cent or
more in 2025. Current trends are clearly unsustainable,'
said Mr Prodi. 'We have to act now in order to change
them. Our objective is a fully integrated hydrogen economy,
based on renewable energy sources, by the middle of the
century. These efforts will be successful only if national and
European resources, both public and private, are pulled
together in a coordinated way. This is why we are
launching the European partnership for the hydrogen
economy.'

At present, there is no coordinated technological approach
in the field, and activities tend to overlap. It is therefore
hoped that the new platform will develop an extensive and
ambitious European-wide hydrogen and fuel cell strategy.
The objective is to transform the EU into the leading world
player in the supply and deployment of hydrogen
technologies.

The advantage of hydrogen is that it can be produced by a
variety of renewable primary energy sources, such as wind,
biomass and solar energy. Eventually, it would gradually
replace fossil energy, particularly oil, in a variety of fields.
Beyond that, fuel cells could potentially radically change
the way we produce and consume energy.

The European Union acknowledge the importance of fuel
cell research as far back as 1988, when eight million euro
was made available for such research over a four year
period. The available budget for fuel cell research has now
increased significantly, and it is estimated that around 300
million euro will be used for this purpose within FP6.

In November 2003, the Commission launched the European
Initiative for Growth to accelerate EU economic recovery.
The initiative includes a 'Quick Start Programme', which
anticipates a ten-year programme for hydrogen-related
research, production and use. This programme, which has
the political backing of Member States at the highest level,
will comprise a total budget of approximately 2.8 billion
euro of public and private funding. The 'European hydrogen
and fuel cell technology platform' will form part of this
initiative.

Haa

Dear Mr. Andisheh, Hi

One idea is to present the work of Rumi bi-lingual.
In one of your programs I learned that you are familiar
with the work of Mr. Nader Khalili. I visited Mr. Khalili
about 2 years ago and with his magnet could not get away
from Calearth for 48 hours. I could manage to read his
books and view his films on the subject of Astronaut homes
on Moon and Mars, Earthquake resistent, sensible size in
the order of constructing human habitat .....

And his special friendship with Rumi Molavi that brou ght
a very deep light of wisdom to people around the world who
are learning English language for international
communication and cooperation.
So, let's present him properly to the world and people of
Bam before the Japanese Architects of artificial this time
jump there.

Mr. Nader Khalili and His associate Mrs. Illiana Outram
and His Son Dastaan Khalili form a Universal, Wise and
Kind Family. And each contributed a great deal by
themself as well as together already. And now that people
are on the way to Moon and Mars, we better Invite them to
form an Iranian Architects website with his method that
says:
Make with clay and cook the house to make the border
between human home and the creatures of the underground
like roaches and rats for a healthy life or a Sound journey
on earth.

As we all know nobody ever stayed on earth and no one
will ever do so. Since the renewable technologies at this time
are designed and made for 30 years or so and than the
people need to renew it like the Elaahi Kaaveh and Parviz
Solar that shows instead of burning the oil, Make water
tubes of caouchouc and put them around Swimming pools
for water and Space heating.

Mr. Gochermann and Mr. Jonathan Hill show on line:
Photovoltaic cells for Airships, Gliders, Cars, ...and
everything that has an engine to work.
Light of Sun, Dance of the Air or Airflow and waves of the
water are all producing mechanical power through electric
engine as well as light.

Thank you for all your great programs. Please
visit me and let me know when would be a good
time to make a program with the work of the
great Moulaanaa Jalaaluddin Mohamad Molavi
Rumi.

With Faith and Hope,
